Badr’s Story

Viewpoint: Badr was led to Christ by his father, who had become a believer. Now Badr’s mother, sisters and brothers also follow Jesus.  Although the family faces pressure from community members who wonder why the men don’t attend prayers at the mosque, they share a blessing known to few other Saudi believers–the opportunity to worship together as a family.

Prayer point: The family is central in Saudis’ social and spiritual lives. Ask that God will lead many more Saudi families to faith in Christ together, and that the gospel will spread from nuclear families to extended families.
